Manifesto
What moves us
Our sector is the one with the greatest impact on the wellbeing of people and the planet.
And for this reason, at the KM ZERO Foundation we know that we have a great responsibility.
We need new answers for new challenges. The biggest is to provide a growing world population with healthy diets from sustainable food systems. This implies transforming the way we produce, distribute, consume and reuse food.
The mission of the KM ZERO Foundation is to accelerate the transition of the food system towards a fairer, more regenerative and healthy one.
The good news is that the industry is already getting down to work to be part of the change. There is still a lot of work to be done, but this presents a great opportunity to undertake and innovate by providing solutions for those challenges and unmet needs.
We believe that we can only successfully meet challenges by collaborating and investing more in innovation. It is open innovation that must drive the transformation of the food sector.
From the KM ZERO Foundation we identify, connect and encourage collaboration between the people and initiatives that are driving change by working for a better diet. For a better planet.
